Rental Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions define the rules for renting vehicles via 4GO rent a car website. By using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full.

Terms of rent

  • Payment by cash or credit card on arival
  • All valid credit cards accepted
  • Prices include: Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) insurance, unlimited mileage, airport taxes and VAT. Tyre and windscreen cover is excluded.
  • Drivers must have held a valid driving license for at least 2 years, present a passport or ID on pick-up.
  • For any alterations or extensions of the original lease agreement, customers should contact to request approval of changes.
  • Long term rentals at special rates 14+
  • All parking violations and traffic fines are at the client's liability
  • There is a 500 EUR penalty for loss of keys or vehicle documents
  • The insurance does not cover tires and the windshield
  • Customers should refuel vehicles to the same fuel level upon pick-up. Refuel is charged at 10 EUR
  • Use of vehicles outside of Montenegro is charged at an additional rate and the discretion of 4GO Rent a Car

We take your privacy seriously and will take all measures to protect your personal information. Any personal information received will only be used to fill your order. We will not sell or redistribute your information to anyone.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold 4GO Rent a Car, its agents, employees, and affiliates, harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements including without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these terms and conditions.

Governing law

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Montenegro, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Montenegro.
